I ask buyers to provide me with their targeted area(s). I also strongly advise to do research on schools, parks & all town information.
You should be educated on the area you want to purchase property in.
▫️Have your team in place
Attorney
This is so helpful especially in a competitive market. Consult with your attorney. Inform them that you will be purchasing a home/ property. So that they are aware that you are making moves so if and when your offer gets accepted. They are ready to go! Also provide your realtor with your attorney’s information, as they will need that when it’s time to put in an offer.
*If you don’t have an attorney. I can provide you with recommendations, and you can choose who you’d like to represent you in your
Real Estate purchase.
Home Inspector / Termite Inspector
It’s good to know ahead of time who you will be using and have all their contact information.
*If you don’t have a home inspector/ termite inspector. I can provide you with recommendations, and you can choose who you would like to use.
*Having your team in place ensures for a smoother transaction. You don’t want your offer accepted and then begin to start searching for your team. This will only delay the process and not being fully organized could result in an offer not being accepted. While you are searching for your team, another offer could be submitted and accepted.
